Disney scoops up more property near Orlando.

In December, Disney purchased over 900-acres of land, and now, the company has added over 1,500 more acres of land to their arsenal according to property records.

There has not been any word on what Disney will do with the land, but it is speculated that the land will just be used for conservation. The property that contains Disney World's current theme parks, resorts, and water parks is around 30,000 acres large. Approximately 7,000 of those acres are developed.
The new property is located East of Give Kids the World Villiage. Disney World seen at the top portion of this map. (Google Maps)
Does this conservation land mean that Disney is planning on developing something big on their current land? One can dream...

Disney isn't the only theme park giant in Orlando buying property.
