So I am guessing Tut and Minotaur are both Sally rides and that's why they both have the same Cerberus AA?

Correct. Minotaur came first. In my opinion, it's a MUCH more coherent storyline and the figures actually work much better (as they were designed FOR Minotaur's story). Then you have Tut, where suddenly you're thrown into the world of "well we have all these big figures, let's repurpose them" - and oh yeah, add in a few mummy warriors that look like they just stepped through a Stargate? Umm.

I was very pleasantly surprised by Minotaur. Sally's first take at a trackless ride system is what I'd personally call their only smashing success. It's extremely well themed, highly detailed sets and honestly, it's an exciting ride. Tutankhamon was billed as Minotaur Plus by Sally and honestly, I don't even think it's on the same level to begin with. It's a confusing jumble of things that don't belong, and the detail isn't nearly as compelling.

Both of these rides do utilize that trackless technology I mentioned, and they are both interactive shooting games with a twist - your score determines how far into the ride you make it (if the park has the balls to keep that feature turned on - it was on Minotaur but not on Tutankhamon when we rode) - in other words, in order to see the final scenes, you'd need to have a high enough score. If not, your car would actually split off and exit out a side ride path directly back to the unloading area in a sort of "game over" moment. Some would argue that's not a good thing, but it's one thing I'll always defend as nothing could possibly promote rerideability more than that!

Yeah, kinda wish Toy Story Midway Mania! had that feature included. How cool would that be to go into bonus rounds in a game that's already that fun. I actually still have not decided if I'm going to vote Toy Story or Minotaur on this one. I think it will end up being Toy Story. Not many rides can get me to keep going to the park over and over when it's this hot and crowded, but I really enjoy it that much.

I have a felling this will be the biggest slaughter so far. I voted for Toy Story Midway Mania!; while it's not a personal favorite it is definitly my favorite of the three here. The other two look very generic when compared to TSMM.

As much as I don't care for TSMM, I have to vote for it here. The other two rides really just don't hold a candle to Midway Mania.
